Pine Tree Commercial Realty Announces
5 New Retailers Signed at Hazel Dell Towne Center
VANCOUVER,
Wash. (April 27, 2009) – Five leases totaling more than 14,000
square feet have been signed for Hazel Dell Towne Center
in Vancouver, Wash., announced Tim Roe, president of
Pine Tree Commercial Realty. The firm co-owns the newly
constructed 400,000 square-foot power center with Henderson
Global Investors, and oversees the daily responsibilities of
leasing, property management, accounting, and maintenance.
The new
leases signed include those with Lane Bryant for 5,000
square feet, America's Best Optical for 3,525 square
feet, CitiFinancial for 1,495 square feet, and Max
Muscle, a national chain specializing in sports supplements
and vitamins, for 1,200 square feet. The fifth lease is for a
flagship store for the new franchise Balasana Yoga Studios,
which leased 3,500 square feet of space, and offers yoga,
Pilates, dance and fitness classes. All of the tenants are now
open for business. Hazel Dell Towne Center is located at NE 88th
and Hazel Dell Avenue, adjacent to Interstate 5 just north of
Portland, Ore. The center was completed in 2007, and is anchored
by Kohl's, Best Buy, Office Depot, Petco,
Bed Bath & Beyond and Party City. It is also
shadow anchored by a Target store that opened in
2005.
