Pine Tree
Commercial Realty, LLC is a full-service real estate
development company headquartered in Northbrook, Ill., with
branch offices in Indianapolis, Minneapolis, and Kansas
City. The company was founded in 1995 by principals Barry
Herring and Peter Borzak, and has since then acquired and
developed more than 50 properties valued at over $450
million. Pine Tree Commercial Realty is actively involved in
the development, acquisition, leasing and management of
retail properties primarily in the Midwestern United States,
with recent expansion into the Western and Southeastern U.S.
Pine Tree and its affiliates also provide third party
leasing, management and construction services. A sampling of
Pine Tree’s shopping centers include The Shoppes at Walnut
Creek in Westminster, Colo., Hazel Dell Town Center in
Vancouver, Wash., and Severance Town Center in Cleveland
Heights, Ohio.
