Clinton Towne Center Clinton, Iowa
This 16,540 square foot retail property is located on an outlot
of Target and Office Max and features Dollar Tree, Payless Shoe,
King Buffet, GNC, National Cash Advance and US Cellular. Construction
of the retail center was completed June 1998. In May 2000 an 185,930
square foot WalMart Supercenter opened directly adjacent to and
sharing access with Clinton Towne Center. This center was
sold in July of 1999.
