This 78,451 square foot property is located on the rapidly growing
east side of Appleton, in the Fox Cities region of Wisconsin. Existing
tenants include Hallmark Card, Dollar Tree, China Buffet, GNC, Radio
Shack, Post Net Postal Services, Animal Adventures and Fantastic
Sams. Construction of the center was completed February 1998. In
spring 1999, Pine Tree Commercial developed and sold a 65,000 square
foot “Regal Theaters” 16 screen Cineplex adjacent to
this shopping center site. This center was sold in December
2001.
