Deer Trace Plaza Kohler, Wisconsin
This “power center” development is located at the heavily
trafficked and highly visible interchange of Interstate 43 and State
Highway 28 in the village of Kohler, Wisconsin. The site is close
to the new housing growth of Kohler and Sheboygan, is serviced by
a fully signalized intersection and is conveniently accessible from
the neighboring communities. When fully developed, this project
will feature over 430,000 square feet of national retailers including
Home Depot, Elder Beerman Department Stores, TJ Maxx, Michaels Arts
and Crafts, Famous Footwear, Fashion Bug, Hallmark Card, Dollar
Tree, Dress Barn, Bath and Body Works and Radio Shack.. Construction
of Phase One (above listed) was completed September 2001. Phase
Two features Target, Pier One Imports, Maurices, Payless Shoe, US
Cellular, Great Clips, Surprises!, Badger Optical and an additional
2,500 square feet of retail space. This center was sold in July of
2002.
