Gable Crossing Avon, Indiana
Located
at the southeast corner of US Highway 36 and Gable Drive, Gable
Crossing will be a 125,000 square foot retail development anchored
by Wal-Mart Supercenter and several mid-size retail anchors.
The project benefits from direct cross access with the Wal-Mart
Supercenter parcel and offers excellent exposure to the heavily
traveled US Highway 36, as well as a traffic signal exclusively
serving the site.
The
community of Avon is one of the fastest growing suburbs on the
west side of Indianapolis, with a five mile population
exceeding 73,000 and a ten year growth increase in excess of
38%. Gable Crossing will be anchored by a 58,000 square foot
anchor (to be announced) and will offer retail space ranging
from 1,200 square feet to 30,000 square feet. Construction is
currently underway with anticipated opening dates in Fall
2007.
