Gateway Centre is located
at the intersection of San Ramon Valley Boulevard and Alcosta
Boulevard in San Ramon, California, a suburb of Oakland
California on the east side of the San Francisco Bay. San Ramon
Valley Blvd is the main north-south thoroughfare in the San
Ramon Valley which provides access to the upscale community of
Walnut Creek approximately 10 miles north and to the commercial
center in Pleasanton two miles south of the property. The
center is anchored by Lucky Stores and Walgreens.
Constructed in 1995, this 110,440 SF neighborhood center
features a tenant mix of credit and regional tenants such as
McDonalds, Taco Bell, H&R Block, The UPS Store, Fremont Bank,
