Keystone Shoppes is a Blockbuster Video anchored
center just north of the East 62nd Street intersection with Keystone
Avenue, on the north east side of Indianapolis. More than 60,000
vehicles per day travel this section of Keystone Avenue and there
is a three (3) mile populace in excess of 80,000. Located in the
trade area known as Glendale; Keystone Shoppes is one-quarter mile
north of the enclosed Glendale Mall, and adjacent to Indy Lube,
Mike’s Car Wash, Shell Gas Station and Fazoli’s. The
center is across the street from Marsh Grocery Store with additional
retail shops. Daytime and evening demographics are solid due to
the numerous businesses, restaurants and residential units surrounding
the site.
