Keystone
Shoppes is a Blockbuster Video-anchored center just north of the
intersection of East 62nd Street and Keystone Avenue on the
northeast side of Indianapolis. More than 60,000 vehicles per day
travel along this section of Keystone Avenue and there is a
population in excess of 80,000 within a three (3) mile radius of the
center. Located in the trade area known as Glendale, Keystone
Shoppes is one-quarter mile north of the Target and Lowe’s-anchored
Glendale Mall, which was recently renovated and de-malled. The
center is also across the street from a Marsh-anchored retail
center. Daytime and evening demographics are strong due to the
numerous businesses, restaurants and residential units surrounding
the site.
