Riverwalk Centre Moore, Oklahoma
Located at the southwest corner of Interstate 35 and SW 19th Street,
Riverwalk Centre (Phase Two) will be a 78,400 square foot retail
development situated in the heart of Moore, Oklahoma. Moore is a
fast growing and vibrant community just south of Oklahoma City and
10 miles north of Norman, home of the University of Oklahoma. The
five mile demographics from this retail location reflect a 19.59%
growth rate from 1990 to 2000, a total population of 84,175 residents
and an average household income exceeding $60,000 in 2002. This
site will also share parking and access with Kohls and has unobstructed
visibility to Interstate 35 which carries over 100,000 cars per
day. Anchored by Kohls Department Stores (corporately owned), Pine

square feet. To date, leases have been signed with Payless Shoe
