Northwest Village - Rolling Meadows, Illinois
Northwest Village, located in Rolling
Meadows, Illinois, will be a pedestrian-friendly mixed use
community featuring up to 500,000 square feet of retail space,
800 to 1,200 residential units, restaurants, an entertainment
complex, and two hotels. The Project, to be developed in a joint
venture between Pine Tree and Draper & Kramer, benefits from a
highly visible location at the intersection of Interstate 90 and
Route 53, and is within close proximity to regional attractions
such as the Schaumburg Convention Center, the 2.6 million square
foot Woodfield Mall, Ikea, and O’Hare International Airport.
The Pine Tree/Draper & Kramer joint venture hopes to have
construction started in 2009, with the first phase of
development completed in 2010 or 2011.
