this regional development features Fashion Bug, Maurice’s,
Catherines Plus Sizes, Pet Supplies Plus, Bath&Body Works, Payless
Shoe, Verizon Wireless, Hair Cuttery, Nextel, Claire’s Boutique
and Quiznos. Construction of phase one was completed June 2002.
In March 2003, Pine Tree commenced construction of a 15,700 square
foot phase two retail expansion. Tenants include Panera Bread, American
Mattress, Eyeglass Emporium, EB Games, Great Clips and Jenny
Craig. This center was sold in January of 2004.
